Mr. Bionic Mobile Repairs is committed to providing its customers with the highest quality repair services. To further assure our customers of the quality of our services, we offer a limited warranty on all repairs performed by our technicians.
Our warranty covers all repairs for a period of 90 days from the date of repair.
The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that arise from the repair performed by our technicians. This includes any parts that were replaced during the repair process. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidental drops, water damage, or other acts of nature.
To make a warranty claim, you must bring your device back to one of our locations within the warranty period. Our technicians will inspect the device to determine if the issue is covered by the warranty. If it is determined that the issue is covered, we will repair the device at no charge to you. If the issue is not covered by the warranty, you will be responsible for the cost of the repair.
The liability of Mr. Bionic Mobile Repairs under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the device, at our option. Mr. Bionic Mobile Repairs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the repair of your device, including but not limited to, loss of use, loss of data, or loss of profits.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
